Using the Photography studio- Promotional Video
Business Objective
The aim of the promotion videos is for people to know who to use the equipment and studios that they have on offer to them. It will also be promoting the media technician, and showing that they can help in anyway.
Audience
The Audience for the promotional video are students within the college, particularly the students who are doing music technology, photography and media. Different videos will be directed at different subjects.
Message
The message of the promotional video will be to show the students how to use the equipment and to also encourage them to use the equipment more. It will also show them how to use it safety so they don't damage any of the equipment for other people who will need to use it.
Distribution
The college will use this videos at the start of the year to show the students how to use the equipment from the start. These will be on Moodle for the students to look at anytime, for example before they use the equipment.
Concept
The general concept of the video is for the students to know who to use the equipment and to use it safety.

Using the lights-
-Turning the lights and looking at the power.
-Moving the lights into the right positions that you what
them in.

- Ensure desk is on before speakers are turned on
- - Turn on computer
- Turn on power conditioner
- Turn of speakers
Headphone Amp-
- Power on at the wall
- ensure all units are turned on
Sending music to the the studio
- Ensure the studio 1 button us on
- ensure turn back is sent to studio
Routing a signal into logic
-Pug-in to stage box
- Ensure 48v on for condenser/ off for other mics
- turn up fader to O/B and press L/B
- Bring up master fader
- In logic create a channel
- - Change input to correspond to input on stage box
- - Record enable channel and mute
- Increase gan to ensure a good signal.
